Terms of Use

Unless otherwise indicated, we drafted these Terms of Use (also called “Terms”) to help you understand the rules that govern your use of our application Training and Workout app (the “Service”), developed by Light Idea, Inc. (“PP”, “we”, “us”). Please note that the name of the application may change in the future, and these Terms will continue to apply to any renamed or updated versions of the product. These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and Light Idea, Inc., so please read them carefully.

By using or accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Basic Terms

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service and not be prohibited by applicable law.
To make purchases via the Service, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract.
You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to comply with these Terms and not use the Service in any way not expressly permitted.
You will not use the Service for spam, fraud, or illegal activities.
You will not interfere with or disrupt the Service, including using bots, crawlers, scrapers, or automated methods.

We may update these Terms from time to time.
We may restrict or terminate access to the Service for any user at our discretion.
Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

3. Intellectual Property

All content available in the Service, including but not limited to workout programs, exercises, text, design, graphics, images, icons, and sounds, is owned by or licensed to Light Idea, Inc.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent from Light Idea, Inc.
You may not use any part of the Service or its content in other applications or services without permission.

4. Purchases

We offer paid features of the Service via subscriptions (weekly, monthly, yearly, or otherwise).
When making a purchase, you may be required to provide payment information.
You represent that you are authorized to use the provided payment method.
You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.
Payments may be processed through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You must cancel your subscription before renewal to avoid being charged for the next billing period. Payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or platform policies.

5. Health Disclaimer

The Service provides workout programs, exercises, and fitness-related information for informational purposes only. You understand and agree that you use the Service at your own risk. We do not provide medical advice. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fitness program.

Light Idea, Inc. is not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from:

improper exercise technique;
excessive or inappropriate training load;
use of programs not suitable for your condition;
failure to follow safety guidelines;
use of the Service despite medical contraindications;
or any other physical or psychological harm.

You are solely responsible for your health, physical condition, and the way you use the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Light Idea, Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, profits, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service or inability to use the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or suitability of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Armenia.

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Light Idea, Inc. regarding the Service.
